Hi I’m Tina, a space holder for Women,
Yoga Guide, Energy Healer and Breathwork Facilitator.
My practice is deeply rooted in Spirituality, Ceremony, and Connection with ourselves, each other, and the Natural World.
I believe in the power of Sacred Gatherings, Movement, and Breath to nurture Healing and Transformation.
When I’m not guiding or holding space I am connecting with Animals, Creating Music or playing in Nature.
